And to get back to your original question, the word beautiful in Aromanian is mşeat, derived from the Latin formosus, which means "beautiful" (see here). Oh, and I don't have time to look any further, but I'd bet that λάι is the definitive article here.

This is βλάχικα or αρωμουνικά, i.e. Aromanian, a Romance dialect spoken, among others, in some areas of Greece. It's more closely related to Romanian and hence Latin, and I believe it's only connection to Greek is, to some extent, the vocabulary.

«Κουράγιο» is not bad; the only problem is that there are connotations that what the person is going through is very grave. Something else you can say is "σιδερένιος" (men), "σιδερένια" (women). You can also say "καλή δύναμη", which is similar to "κουράγιο" but it is in use for cases such as...

Yes, but women are not allowed to do the same things that men do. Hell, in some parts of Greece it's considered inappropriate -or at least unbecoming- for women to dance the tsamikos. I agree about the meaning of the verse.

Men are usually in the forefront in these dances, and they have the most elaborate moves, which women are usually not allowed to make, as they are supposed to dance modestly. The only place in Greece where a woman can traditionally lead the dance, even if it's not her wedding day, is Crete, but...

Of course they are. This type of music is no longer mainstream, so people you see in such videos are usually members of cultural folk associations. Think of it as a sort of preservation.
