to show some leadership

"To show some leadership" as in a situation where an apartment building is falling apart and the tenants/ owners are not working together to fix it. People are not coming to συνελεύσεις or if they come there's no one making the hard decisions.

«Να δείξουμε ηγεσία» or «Χρειαζόμαστε ηγεσία» Would these be the best phrases for this? I somehow feel like there must be some other way of saying it but can't find it. :bored:

I think that the Greek word "ηγεσία" is not the best here. Maybe something like "Πρέπει να πάρουμε αποφάσεις", "Κάποιος πρέπει να πάρει αποφάσεις", or "Κάποιος πρέπει να πάρει την πρωτοβουλία".

Περα από το συγκεκριμένο παράδειγμα που μας έθεσε ο cosmasad (στο οποίο απαντάμε) ...
Μπορούμε να πούμε (σε γενικές γραμμές) .... (ευκαιρία) να δείξεις αν διαθέτεις κάποια ηγετικά προσόντα;
... να (μας) δείξεις τα ηγετικά σου προσόντα; (etc..)
