'No comment' is a phrase used as a response to journalistic inquiries which the respondent does not wish to answer. It is even more common as a phrase used by suspects in a police interview, who are often advised by their lawyers to say this to avoid incriminating themselves further. In the former instance, public figures, using this phrase, often decline to comment on issues they are questioned about or, in fact, have nothing to say at the time about the relevant issue.
Will κανένα σχόλιο do?

Yes, Theseus, ''Ουδέν σχόλιον'' is Katharevousa, but it's a standard phrase, especially for public figures. ''Κανένα σχόλιο'' is also perfectly correct and you can use it in both cases, formal or informal. In your example about the police interview ''Κανένα σχόλιο'' seems more suitable, I think.
