Jack of all Trades

This may be a difficult thing: Is there a Greek phrase that's at all similar to the phrase "Jack of All Trades" which, of course, refers to someone who is good at many different things. Specifically to be used for someone who works in a factory and can do many different things - and is not limited to one specialty.

Be careful with "πάγχρηστος" because it's not actually used beyond dictionaries and scholarly texts, while "Jack of all trades" is a colloquial expression.
