Πολύ σωστά, Earion (και στον ενικό: ταυτοτική πολιτική), αν και οι όροι "identity politics" και "politics of identity" θεωρούνται συνώνυμοι και συχνότατα χρησιμοποιούνται εναλλακτικά.

Identity politics, also commonly referred to as the politics of identity or identity-based politics, is a phrase that is widely used in the social sciences and humanities to describe the deployment of the category of identity as a tool to frame political claims, promote political ideologies, or stimulate and orientate social and political action, usually in a larger context of inequality or injustice and with the aim of asserting group distinctiveness and belonging and gaining power and recognition.

Έβαλα το ασφαλές στον τίτλο, ωσότου αποφασίσω ποιο είναι καλύτερο εναλλακτικό: «πολιτική της ταυτότητας» ή «πολιτική των ταυτοτήτων». Πάντως στα γαλλικά είναι «politiques d'identité ou politique identitaire», σύμφωνα με την Wikipédia.

Το καλύτερο εναλλακτικό είναι το «πολιτική της ταυτότητας» όμως δεν νομίζω να χρειάζεται να προστεθεί στον τίτλο.

politics of identities = πολιτική των ταυτοτήτων

Παρόλο που οι τρεις όροι συχνότατα χρησιμοποιούνται εναλλακτικά, υπάρχουν και συγγραφείς που ενίοτε διαφοροποιούν τους όρους (προπαντός τον τρίτο εξ αυτών) και τους χρησιμοποιούν με λεπτές όμως διακριτές διαφορές στη σημασία τους. Οπότε ο τίτλος θα μπορούσε να παραμείνει ως έχει.
