Here is possibly a hard one: What is the best way to talk about efficiency in Greece? For example, "A cafeteria style restaurant is more efficient than a waiter type model."

Or "We have to improve the efficiency of our business."

efficient = αποδοτικός / αποτελεσματικός
efficiency = αποδοτικότητα / βαθμός απόδοσης
