A term commonly used by seven-card stud poker players. This phrase refers to the last card dealt in 7 card stud because it is dealt face down and can change the potential of winning or drawing out.
A player will use the phrase right before the last card is dealt out "one more card, down and dirty".

Αλεξάνδρα, η έκφραση είναι σε υπότιτλο ή σε λίστα όρων/κείμενο;
Επειδή κι εγώ δε γνωρίζω να υπάρχει αντίστοιχη έκφραση, θα πρότεινα απλώς "τελευταίο κρυφό φύλλο" --εφόσον πρόκειται για κείμενο/λίστα όρων και, εφόσον πρόκειται για υπότιτλο, αυτό που ανέφερε ο nickel "τελευταίο και τυχερό (φύλλο)" --αν και είναι τελείως διαφορετικό νοηματικά, γιατί δεν παραπέμπει καθόλου στην έννοια της μπλόφας και του κρυφού φύλλου. Τώρα, αν θες κάτι διαφορετικό, θα μπορούσες, ίσως, να πεις και "τελευταίο και πονηρό" ή "το καθοριστικό φύλλο" (...and can change the potential of winning or drawing out) ή ακόμη και "τελευταίο και φαρμακερό"!

With five rounds of betting, seven-stud plays best with limited bet sizes, which double on the final three streets.
