Φοβάμαι ότι στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση το by-word δεν μπορεί να μεταφερθεί ως "συνώνυμο". Συνήθως συνοδεύει την ονομασία ενός κειμένου (όχι απαραίτητα θρησκευτικού).
