Μέχρι να έρθουν οι τουρκομαθείς μας, προσωρινά μέτρα:
ağzıma: 1st person possessive form of ağiz (mouth) in dative singular (see declension in Wiktionary), so it should be "my mouth", and to risk a guess (somewhat informed by web browsing but not at all educated in this language, therefore tentative), it should mean: "in my mouth" (as machine translations would have it).
That's corroborated by the existence of a Turkish idiom, Armut piş ağzıma düş, which, judging from what I see online, would be literally translated into English as "pear, grow up (ripen), drop in my mouth", meaning "to expect something to fall into someone's lap", and could be rendered into Greek as "Πέσε, πίτα, να σε φάω."
For vurun, I can't pinpoint exactly which, but it must be a form of the verb vurmak (to hit, pound, beat), which btw is present in Greek as "βουρ": [τουρκ. vur `χτύπα΄ (προστ. του ρ. vurmak)].
For the whole phrase, Google Translate says: "my mouth, my mouth hit me can follow the hashtag."
I suppose the repetition of ağzıma probably serves for emphasis.
