Yes, it is. It can either mean "Wow, there's no match for you" (ταίρι = match, eş), i.e. you are really good at doing something, you are a very nice person etc., or "wow, you are a piece of work", meaning you are really hard to deal with. Let's say eşin yok, ya! for the first example and çekilmez bir adamsın, sen for the second.
