What does it mean at this case? Private, exclusive, etc. ? Bien's translation is "intimate".

I'd say enclosed / fenced / walled orchard. That's the first sense that comes to mind and I don't see the evidence in favour of another interpretation.

It's probably worth reminding that περιβόλι comes from περίβολος, "enclosure".
