Haven't watched that one but the text snippet from the book somewhat reminded me of the feisty, fist fighting, fit to be tied "ladies" in the faust-ish Death becomes her:

And here's a less artistic, more realistic approach, as this is the description of a movie. If I were promoting it, this would be my first effort — and then I would improve on that.
