Not sure if there's a standard phrase for it in Greek but my attempt is: σκουπίδια βάζεις, σκουπίδια βγάζεις ( or παίρνεις)

It's not very common and it is a click or two (or three) lower in register (it would definitely not come out of Charles Babbage's mouth), but I think it's very close, though it focuses on whoever provides the input, not on the input itself:

τον κώλο βάζεις μάγειρα, σκατά θα μαγειρέψει: Φράση που υποδηλώνει ότι όταν κάποιος άσχετος κάνει μια δουλειά το αποτέλεσμα είναι χάλια.

Ωραία η παροιμία! Αλλά, δαεμάνε, ο Μπάμπιτζ δεν είναι αυτός που είπε το GIGO, οπότε δεν του βάζουμε τίποτα στο στόμα του. Η έκφραση χρονολογείται από το 1964 περίπου:

Ο υπολογιστής, αν τα στοιχεία είναι... τούβλα δεν μπορεί να τα βελτιώσει. Αβάσιμα θα είναι και τα αποτελέσματα. Και αν ένα πρόγραμμα είναι κακογραμμένο δεν μπορεί ο υπολογιστής να το βελτιώσει ή να δώσει καλύτερα αποτελέσματα απ’ αυτά που εντέλλεται να δώσει.
