Say I'm having a heated argument or jocular exchange with someone, and then he finally says
"--Wow, you've got me pegged/you've got me so pegged".
It means:- "You've understood me perfectly" or "I can't fool you" or "Yes, I admit it or you have figured me out." I thought originally of συνοψίζω/συγκεφαλαιώνω but they are not slang and imho are not used of people.
