I understand most of this semi-humorous(?) comparison of a certain type of woman to a pedigree dog but i need help with the bracketed material.

•Μεϊκάπ πάνω απ' τα ρούχα [I don't understand this phrase. Does it mean 'make-up on the clothes because of a hurried application?]
•Αβυζαλέο ντεκολτέ και εξώμουνο μίνι ή ξεκωλτέ παντελόνι με καμηλό,
•Εξωτερικά στίγματα: τουλάστιχον [a playful version of ‘at least’ because of a similarity with the Greek word for a hosepipe?] ένα ξεκωλόσημο.​

I am not sure if this is always meant as a comparison to a pedigree dog; from what I understand, it can also be taken as a comparison to a purebred horse. Anyway:

• φω βυζού: play with the words "faux bijoux", also used in Greek and meaning jewellery that is not real.
• θεσσαλονικί: women from Thessaloniki have a reputation (in Athens) of taking care of their appearance, sometimes too much (everybody, this is not meant as a slur, ok? :))
• Πάνω απ' τα ρούχα: this has nothing to do with clothes in a literal sense, it just means that someone applying their make up this way is usually overdoing it, e.g. by wearing very dark eyeliner that was applied in haste, or too much blush. See below:

• Εξωτερικά στίγματα: τουλάστιχον [a playful version of ‘at least’ because of a similarity with the Greek word for a hosepipe?] ένα ξεκωλόσημο. - you got that right

Yes, I saw that, it's just that most times I hear men saying this, I always understand that they are alluding to a horse, as they usually use it for women who are very fit, not very thin, sometimes very tall, and not skunky, as implied by the comparison to a dog... I think that here it's used as a combination of the two. The allusion to a purebred female horse (φοράδα=mare) is playfully extended from the "upper class" of the sexually active female population (γκόμενες) to the more common "life form" of σκυλιά/σκύλες (compare to the slang use of bitches) as applied to the "race" (or target group, for many men) of flashy, bad taste, sexually conspicuous women (in appearance and demeanour, if not in practice).

Thanks for all comments. Marinos, I know, is spot on but for me the slang.gr links are too often a case of obscurum per obscurius. This is why Lexilogia is such a help. Explaining slang with slang is sometimes more confusing than the original entry! I'm improving though, I hope.

A very observant remark, both grammatically and socially, although the two sets tend to intersect largely. :)

My fault, I confused the two. According to slang.gr a σκυλί is a facially unattractive but otherwise desirable woman. I am not sure if that is a new meaning, but I remember my grandparents using the word to describe any ugly person, especially a woman, sometimes as a σκυλί μοναχό, and I was under the impression that is was now an old-fashioned expression.

I'd say the word σκυλί is very much in use, and it applies to sexually desirable women, either ugly or not, who, however, wear very provocative and tasteless clothes, and use too much make-up; this is the type of woman who is a natural brunette but bleaches her hair, permitting it to grow out and show its original colour at the roots. This is why I think that it would be an exact equivalent for skunk.
