Προστακτική με «που σου λέω!»

Ξέρω ότι «που σου λέω» μετά την προστακτική είναι κατηγορηματική π.χ.
-δώσ' το που σου λέω!
-άκου που σου λέω!
-σήκωσε το ρημάδι το τηλέφωνο που σου λέω!

Μπορώ να μεταφράσω το ιδίωμα στα αγγλικά ως "for goodness sake" ή είναι η μετάφραση "for goodness sake" πάρα πολύ ισχυρή; Ή μπορεί ένας/μια συλλεξιλογιστής/στρια να προτείνει κάτι καλύτερο;

Sounds right to me (or I can't think of a better one at the moment).

I think the only time I have heard this is in the phrase άκου που σου λέω, so it would be correct.

As with SBE, I'm only familiar with the phrase "άκου που σου λέω!" which in many instances is used to convey to someone that you know what you're talking about or that you are completely sure about something and can translate as "trust me/believe me!".
