Δηλαδή, καταλαβαίνεις ότι συμφωνεί; Είναι σαν να λέει "Καλά τα λες"; Γιατί στον προηγούμενο στίχο αυτός διαφωνεί. Όταν του λένε "How blind the fool can be?", αυτός λέει "Who are you calling fool?"

Τότε ίσως «βοηθήστε με» με την έννοια
2.tug - push, bear on - press, drive, or impel (someone) to action or completion of an action; "He pushed her to finish her doctorate" από εδώ
όπου ο σολίστας ζητάει βοήθεια, αλλά δεν την παίρνει, είναι πια αργά, είναι μόνο για λύπηση;

Διαισθητικά και μόνο, μήπως είναι "Beats me!" δηλαδή 'Πού να ξέρω εγώ;' ή κάτι τέτοιο;

Το "beats me" (ήγουν αγναντεύω την εν λόγω στιχομυθία όπως η αγελάδα το τρένο ) εκφράζει απόλυτα τη δική μου αντίδραση όταν το είδα. :)
