Καλησπέρα σε όλους....προσπαθώ να ερμηνεύσω μια πρόταση από το έργο του Fitzerald This Side of Paradise και δεν βγάζω νόημα...

Μήπως μπορεί να μου πει κανείς, κυριολεκτικά σ' αυτή την περίπτωση, τι εννοεί ο ποιητής;
