We don't have a good adjective to do the job, I think. We use more specific words to describe a stricken ship, such as το ναυαγισμένο πλοίο, το βυθισμένο πλοίο, το μισοβυθισμένο σκάφος, το προσαραγμένο σκάφος.

Το πληγωμένο σκάφος, το πληγωμένο σκαρί (με γενικότερη εφαρμογή, πάντως). You can also use λαβωμένο instead of πληγωμένο.
