A color adjective, tawny describes something that is a mix of yellow, orange, and brown colors.

Το είχα σκεφτεί αυτό, όμως επειδή λέμε καμιά φορά ξανθές σταφίδες, ξανθιά αμμουδιά κ.ά, σκέφτηκα ότι ίσως να λέγεται και για παπούτσια.

επειδή μιλά για skin tones, κι εγώ νομίζω ότι το ξανθό παραπέμπει σε χρώμα βαφής μαλλιών.
