Hello friends,

I wonder if I could ask for some guidance on the best way to refer to a "property manager" in Greek? Not a real estate agent, but the person who actually takes care of a property on behalf of someone else who is the owner, finds tenants, rents it and takes care of any repairs that need to be done.

I think "διαχειριστής ακινήτων" could be a solution - see glosbe.
And from what I understand, the term is already being used in the sense that you are referring to - see here.
But let's wait for other suggestions too.

According to Law 4446/2016, article 111:

Ως διαχειριστής ακινήτου βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης (στο εξής «διαχειριστής ακινήτου») ορίζεται το φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο ή κάθε είδους νομική οντότητα, που αναλαμβάνει την διαδικασία ανάρτησης ακινήτου στις ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες με σκοπό τη βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση και γενικά μεριμνά για τη βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση του ακινήτου. Διαχειριστής ακινήτου δύναται να είναι είτε κύριος του ακινήτου ή νομέας ή επικαρπωτής ή υπεκμισθωτής ή τρίτος.
