in this day and age = τη σήμερον ημέρα, στις μέρες μας, στην εποχή μας

Now, in the present, as in:-
--In this day and age divorce is a very common occurrence . [This phrase is redundant, since this day and this age both mean "now"]. [Early 1900s]
--Even in this day and age the old attitudes persist.

It is a common cliche as in the comment made by a woman, whose electricity had failed as a result of the recent snowfall.
--It's disgusting in this day and age that they can't do anything about it!

Στην εποχή μας. Στις μέρες μας. Στους καιρούς μας. Στα χρόνια μας (πιο σπάνιο).
