icky poo

I couldn't resist this one before my lunch! Although used in slang to mean 'disgusting' :- 'I don't like all this icky-poo talk' or as an exclamation to express disgust meaning 'nasty!' as in 'Oh, icky-poo! I missed my bus!' by far its most common use is as a baby/childish word to mean 'sick' either literally or metaphorically.
--Oh, is he icky poo, den?
--Have you done icky-poo in your potty?
A next-door neighbour whose child has pneumonia has just delivered a bunch of spare keys to her house. I asked how her son was.
She said 'a bit icky poo'.;)
