Καλύπτει όλες τις εκδοχές is passable. We don't normally use the other two translations. I think we usually say:

καλύπτω όλες τις περιπτώσεις
καλύπτω όλες τις πλευρές

In the first case, I'd use the passive: να καλυφθεί / να καλυφθούμε από παντού.
