Έχω τον όρο του τίτλου σε μια πρόταση που θα μπορούσε να είναι η εξής:

The Lender may set off any matured obligation due from the Company under the Finance Documents (to the extent beneficially owned by the Lender) against any matured obligation owed by the Lender to the Company, regardless of the place of payment, booking branch or currency of either obligation. ​

The term "booking branch" refers to a branch of a foreign bank where the branch has no meaningful mind and management in the jurisdiction in which it is licensed. Often, such branches are nothing more than "brass plates", with only basic administrative services being supplied by a local agent who may provide such services to a number of banks. The management of the branch may be located in an office in the home jurisdiction of the head office or in an office located in a third jurisdiction, which may or may not be an office subject to supervision. The key distinction between booking branches and shell banks is that the former are part of an existing bank that is regulated by a home country supervisor.​

Έχω την εντύπωση ότι εννοεί «ανεξάρτητα από το ποια θυγατρική έκλεισε τη συμφωνία» ή «είναι συμβαλλόμενη» ή κάτι τέτοιο:

Δεν ξέρω αν πρόκειται για τη σημασία του #2. Περισσότερο φαίνεται να έχει να κάνει με το book a loan. Πάλι από ProZ:

book a loan: The process that results in the execution and filing of the necessary and appropriate documents in order to consummate a loan closing. κ.λπ.

Οπότε θα συμφωνήσω ότι είναι το κατάστημα που διεκπεραιώνει το δάνειο.
