στο φεύγα

Twice I have come across this phrase & both instances in a sporting context:-
-Στο φεύγα είμαστε καλοί, στο έλα δυσκολευόμαστε!
-“Προφανώς ήταν η πρεμούρα τους, μην τυχόν και στο φεύγα οι του συμβουλίου δεν προλάβουν να απαλλάξουν τον κύριο Μαρινάκη”.
And in a non-sporting context (I think):-
-στο φεύγα των χελιδονιών. The images were all of a band, though I cannot find the website now in which this phrase occurred.

Φεύγα (the imperative of φεύγω, serving as a noun) = φευγιό = φευγάλα = φυγή | a variation in backgammon where the objective is to leave the board as fast as you can (να φύγουνε τα πούλια σαν πουλιά) with its own lightning-fast variation of γκιουλ where the pieces fly like peregrines (no strategy or technique; just luck and the need for speed).
