What is the reference in the first line? A Greek soap?
What is η φέτα in this context--some cosmetic/deodorant?
Does the last line mean:- 'It can also be an inducement for Peri to leave the soap'?:s

I´m not sure about the reference in the first line, although I can understand it.
Νώντας is considered a macho name
Πέρι is the opposite of a macho name
However, regarding your second questions, the explanation is given in slang.gr and I think it means item 4 here, so I´d roughly say it means "dirt".
As for the soap mentioned in the last line, again, if you follow the link on slang.gr it takes you to the definition of soap opera and I think item 4 is also indicative of what is descibed here: someone who watched soap operas and cries. So I would say it means that Perry will stop watching soap operas (stop being sensitive)

It's a play with words: metrosexual means someone who is like this:

whereas retrosexual, i.e. someone who used to be considered sexy, was not considered so for a very long time, but now is considered sexy again (hence, retro-), means someone who has the "macho" look (big muscles, unshaven, maybe a tad too hairy, etc.)
