How do you translate:-

The "παιδί ν' ανοίξεις σπίτι" expression is said sarcastically, it means the complete opposite.

If said seriously, "Παιδί ν' ανοίξεις σπίτι" would mean that this was the right guy to marry and have a family with. But when said sarcastically, it means that this person is no good.

"Γαμώ την καταδίκη μου μέσα" is an expletive where you can complete the phrase "Γαμώ τον/την/το..." with anything you like. "Fuck my rotten luck", or "Fuck my doom".

And "μέσα" doesn't mean anything here, it could be omitted.

Also JUMBO is not a super-market chain, it's a Greek toy-store chain.

"Μέσα" could be omitted, but it is frequently included in such expletives, accenting the rhythm and stressing the force of the utterance.
"Παιδί ν' ανοίξεις σπίτι" could be translated as "He'd be quite a catch", verbally adding the flavour of your choice, sarcastic or not.
