Wind-blown or wind-drawn or wind-carried, I would say.

Yes, I agree with Az. It is a combination of the words άνεμος + σέρνω, meaning "being drawn by the wind". Also see the explanation of the noun "ανεμοσούρια"* in Earion's very interesting post here.
