Σεκλέτι is a low-register word coming from the Turkish
sıklet, meaning roughly
something heavy that bothers you, sorrow, esp. due to love. Σεκλετισμένος, therefore, is someone who is bothered by such a sorrow. However, the title you refer to regards Colin Kâzım-Richards, who is a player of Turkish descent, recently acquired by Olympiakos. The word σεκλετισμένος alludes to his Turkish origins - not a very good pun, in my opinion, but puns by sports journalists rarely are (again, imo :))
