The point is (the way I see it) “shake‑up” remains semantically heavier than “τσιμπητός,” even when modified (“minor”, “mini”, “a bit of a”). Your examples show that English allows downtoned shake‑ups, not that “shake‑up” ever becomes as light as “τσιμπητός.” And the key words are "selective"...
