I'm not sure if there's a specific term for it in Greek, although "γαυγισματάκι" or "μικρό γαύγισμα", might do the trick.

I think you've covered most of the commonest terms used, ie. κινήσεις, φτερούγισμα, κλοτσιές. I'm also aware of "σουβλιές"...
