    «Ζωή σε σας»

I am wondering when the expression “Ζωή σε σας» friends, is used? Is it an expression of good wishes when something bad happens like a death—or conversely maybe at a baptism?

    Thanking you in advance.

Only in the case of death: "may you live long" [in contrast to the deceased, or even since s/he does not live any more].
