to file an insurance claim = υποβάλλω αίτηση αποζημίωσης

Good morning friends,
What would be the Greek way of saying "Makis please file an insurance claim for this" or "I want to file an insurance claim for this". Somehow I don't think it's «Ασφαλιστική αίτηση» That may be correct but doesn’t sound colloquial. Thank you.

Ναι. Πρέπει / Θέλω να υποβάλεις / να υποβάλετε (μια) αίτηση αποζημίωσης. (Ignore the fact that the dictionary entry would have υποβάλλω with the double λ.)
