field hockey coach at the college level = προπονήτρια χόκεϊ κολεγιακών ομάδων

I am looking for ways (preferably colloquial) to say that someone is "a field hockey coach at the college level."

So far I have been able to find "Eίναι προπονήτρια χόκεϊ σε ακαδημαϊκό επίπεδο. [or]

Είναι προπονήτρια χόκεϊ ομάδα γυναικών σε ακαδημαϊκό επίπεδο.

But does this sound too wooden? Too rigid? Is there a more colloquial way of saying something so simple?

Are there any other words for "coach" that are a little more colloquial?
