How to say "I am renting an apartment..."

Good morning amazing Lexilogia community,

I am the landlord of an apartment in a building, and want to tell someone that I am renting that apartment (meaning that it is rented to someone else) but want to make sure that they don't think that I am the tenant, so I'm wondering how to say it in a way that is clear?

If I said "Έχω ένα διαμέρισμα που ενοικιάζω σ ‘αυτή την πολυκατοικία" it isn't clear, right?

Thank you.

The correct word in Greek is "εκμισθώνω" - so the owner of the apartment εκμισθώνει and the tenant μισθώνει. So, in rental contracts, they are called εκμισθωτής and μισθωτής respectively.

And in case you suspect your readers are not familiar with the meaning of μισθώνω and εκμισθώνω, and the difference between them, you could say:

Είμαι ιδιοκτήτης ενός διαμερίσματος σ’ αυτή την πολυκατοικία, το οποίο και νοικιάζω.

Even simpler:

Έχω ένα δικό μου διαμέρισμα σ’ αυτή την πολυκατοικία και το νοικιάζω σε νοικάρηδες.
