Καλημέρα. Βλέπω εδώ ότι:

Προκήπιο ή πρασιά είναι το τμήμα του οικοδομικού τετραγώνου – οικοπέδου, που βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στη ρυμοτομική γραμμή και την οικοδομική γραμμή.

Καμιά ιδέα πώς να το πούμε στα αγγλικά; Ευχαριστώ!

Θα μπορούσε να είναι street border planting, ας πούμε;

Front yard λέγεται στην πολεοδομία νομίζω. Δες και τα foregarden και front garden.

Front Yard. A front yard is the open space extending the full width of the lot between the front lot line and the main building.

Επίσης, front setback/front setback area.

Και στη γλώσσα της πολεοδομίας;
Maybe "front yard setback" or "front yard setback area" (συνδυάζοντας το front setback/front setback area του cougr με το front yard που πρότεινες εσυ)?
Strictly speaking though, I think it's the "front setback" or "front setback area" - as cougr said - which defines the minimum size of the front yard. The front yard can be larger than this area (the building line could usually be set back further from the front property line - or street line - losing some of the back yard).
