τίποτις πάτσηδοι

Under βρυκολακιάζω in slang.gr occurs this note. Can someone tell me precisely what it means?
Πριν βγουν τίποτις πάτσηδοι να μας πουν ότι δεν είναι αυτή η πλέον καθιερωμένη χρήση του λήμματος, εμείς έτσι το χρησιμοποιούμε και καραϊσχύει.:blush:

Reading the comments below that definition, I guess "τίποτις πάτσηδοι" refers to the slang.gr moderator "patsis", with the plural commonly used in Greek in such expressions as it is in English, e.g. "Before any other users, doctors, lawyers, etc. object to that..." Normally, the plural of "πάτσης" would be "πάτσηδες" but sometimes the suffix -οι is playfully used to slang things up a bit.

Before visiting that slang.gr entry, at first I thought this "πάτσηδοι" was perhaps a dialectic variation of the Italian "pazzi" possibly used in the Ionian islands, but the facts proved that idea too far-fetched despite the well-known proximity of said islands to Italy and its language. Όμοιος τον όμοιο αγαπά, κι ο πάτσος τους πάτσηδες.
